Non Woven Fabric

Textile is a general term for spinning and weaving. China's textile industry has a long history. Woven fabric is what we often say is a woven fabric, which is composed of two or more pairs of mutually perpendicular yarns. They are interlaced with warp and weft at an angle of 90°. The longitudinal yarns are called warp yarns, and horizontal yarns.

Non woven fabrics are a new modern textile method. It is a kind of fabric that does not need to be woven by spinning, but the textile short fibers or filaments are oriented or randomly arranged to form a fiber network structure, and then reinforced by mechanical, thermal adhesive or chemical methods. It is a new type of fiber product with a soft, breathable and planar structure that is directly formed by using polymer sheets, staple fibers or filaments through a variety of web forming and consolidation techniques. Simply put: it is not woven and knit together by a single yarn, but the fibers are directly bonded together by physical means. So, when you get the nonwoven fabric lining in your clothes, you will find that it is not able to pull the root of a thread.
Non woven fabric roll technology has broken through traditional textile principles, and has the characteristics of short process flow, high production speed, high output, low cost, wide use, and many sources of raw materials. The three main processes of nonwoven fabrics are acupuncture, hydroentangling, and meltblowing.
